Toyota + Lexus

This was a ground-up effort to completely re-design the Lexus and Toyota apps. After completing user research and gathering data from both in and out of industry products, we were able to identify pain points, and provide insights as to how each problem could be solved using competitive analysis to create a base-line to work from.

A user will be able to complete payments, obtain information on where they are in their lease or purchase process. They are able to use a single app to manage all of their vehicles, including a comprehensive history of transactions for each.
