Ongoing enhancements to include new features in the Native apps. We conducted user research and user testing to better understand users pain points to provide a better experience by shortening flows throughout app.
We also designed, from scratch, the in-store kiosk experience, where users could mix/match designs on everything from bedding to drapes and then print their favorites to checkout with an associate. In addition, we piloted the self-checkout experience, conducting lots of user testing to be sure we were building an intuitive world-class product.
